This is the 300 cm version of our best-loved bridal ivory — two-thirds longer than the standard wrap, and long enough to do what no shorter piece can. It drapes from the shoulders to the floor, trails behind the body in movement, and capes with the full sweeping authority of pure silk given real length to work with.

A note on the colour: a soft, natural ivory — warm rather than stark, the white of undyed silk rather than of paper. It is hand-dyed, not coated: there is no pearlised finish and no added sheen. The quiet lustre is the habotai silk itself, and it shifts as the light shifts.

At 85 × 300 cm it is worn as a full-length cape for a ceremony entrance, swept across one shoulder as a dramatic stole for the evening, or carried as a trailing silk panel alongside a gown. Care

Hand wash in cool water with a silk-friendly detergent. Rinse alone on the first wash, as natural dyes settle. Do not soak or wring. Dry flat in the shade; cool iron with a pressing cloth. The fine slubs and tonal variations of hand-loomed silk are marks of authenticity, not faults.
